Registration Guidelines

• Form 4 Index number must be the same as in form 4 certificate
• Date of birth must be the same as in Birth Certificate
• The Mobile Number must be active and registered for your name
• Make sure you download and read admission requirements before making an application
• Phone number must start with 255 (e.g., 255719...)
• Choose a strong password (min. 8 characters)
